Corporate Career Coaching/Mentoring
During tough economic times and in our fast-paced and rapidly changing world, coaching/mentoring has become a vital tool for career growth. By increasing self-awareness, improving goal-setting and reducing stress, you benefit from increased enthusiasm, focus and clarity. Coaching/mentoring is a great way to focus on making your career extraordinary.
During your coaching/mentoring experience, you will:
- recognize what you can and can't control in your work environment;
- learn about SIYT, one of the most valuable ingredients in developing a successful career in the corporate world;
- focus on the right activities to move you forward;
- create your own strategic plan for career success;
- begin to implement your plan.
Using the five step "Recharge Your Career Roadmap," you will have a straightforward structure for designing and
implementing your own personal strategic plan to succeed within the corporate environment. These steps are:
- Step 1. Discovering what you really want out of your career and what you want it to become.
- Step 2. Deciding what strategic focus will give you the most value for your time and energy.
- Step 3. Designing a tactical action plan that will make the greatest impact and reduce the risk of getting
trapped in a swirl of endless activity.
- Step 4. Doing the actions you've designed to move you forward and increase your momentum.
- Step 5. Debriefing what worked and what could have been done differently to make future change easier and more rewarding.
Taking time out to celebrate your successes.
In addition to working with your unique scenario, you will be provided with a workbook, assessments, resources, tools, and techniques to help you focus, organize and simplify your career strategic planning and implementation. These tools will be yours to use now and whenever you need them in the future.
| One-on-One Coaching/Mentoring calls are held with just one client. They are accomplished by telephone
and are held on the first, second, and third weeks of each month. The day of the week and time of day are
agreed upon between you and your coach. Each call is 50 minutes long. Calls begin 5 minutes after the hour
and end 5 minutes before the hour. NOTE: There are no long distance charges for one-on-one calls within the continental U.S. |
| Option 1 - Three Months of Coaching/Mentoring is made up of 9 calls within 3 consecutive months. This option is priced at $850.00. |

| Option 2 - Six Months of Coaching/Mentoring is
made up of 18 calls within 6 consecutive months. This option is priced at $1,550.00. |

| Option 3 - Open-Ended Coaching/Mentoring is made up of 9 calls that can be used anytime within a 12 month period. This option is available to clients who have previously completed Options 1 or 2.
This option is priced at $850.00. |

| NOTE: You will receive a 20% discount on all career-related classes taken within 6 months of being
a group or one-on-one coaching/mentoring client. |
